Conference fee & payment

• The conference fee covers conference materials, access to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, excursions, a reception on September 4th and the banquet on September 7th.
  
  

  • Early fee (up to May 12th) 1250 PLN (or 270 EUR)*
  • Regular fee (up to July 21st) 1400 PLN (or 300 EUR)*
  • Late fee (from July 22nd) 1700 PLN (or 350 EUR)*

  *discount of 100 PLN (or 20 EUR) for actual members of co-organizing societies
  
  

  • Reduced fee (for PhD students) 700 PLN (or 150 EUR)
  • Accompanying person fee 450 PLN (or 100 EUR)

Payment should be made in Euros (EUR) or Polish zloty (PLN): by bank transfer or by card.
